From January I will be offering 9 classes per week online on my Live Interactive Yoga & Pilates classes. Booking for all classes is essential as space is very limited.

Wednesday 7pm Flow Yoga via Zoom

Wednesday 8pm Pilates via Zoom

Friday 9.30am Pilates via Zoom

Friday 10.30am Hatha Yoga via Zoom

We run up to and including 18th December and are back to classes on 4th January. I can't wait to see you in an online class soon.

Weds yoga as great, a lovely cheerful small class. Amanda is quick to help correct positioning to avoid any injury and to ensure we get the most out of yoga. There is never any pressure to keep up with the class, I like the way we can all work to own ability. It goes hand in hand with my running and helps stretch out all the tension. The relaxation is great for clearing your mind and completely switching off. I leave the class totally relaxed and refreshed. S.S.

Amanda is a wonderful instructor. She tailors her class to each individual so that there is always an option to take the positions a bit further for more advanced participants, or ways to make it a bit easier if just starting out. The classes are very friendly and incredible value for money. I will most definitely continue at the Pilate’s class next term. I wholeheartedly recommend Amanda Frost to anyone looking for a local Pilate’s class- beginner or intermediate.

Amanda’s classes are fantastic, I really enjoy them, pushing myself to my own limitations and feel I improve after every class. I only recently joined Amanda’s Pilates classes but can see a significant difference in my posture, flexibility and strength. She has a very relaxed teaching style, mindful of people’s abilities and level of fitness so she always offers options/ variations. Have booked my next 5 weeks block of classes and look forward to them every week. – Andreea

“I have joined Amandas classes around 2-3 months ago. After having a baby I have problem with my hips and Pilates does really help you to stretch and strength your body. Amanda makes you feel welcome and comfortable and she is a master at encouraging you and ensuring that you are always working at your peak potential. Amanda is very knowledgeable and very patient. Her classes are small which means you get a great deal of personal attention.

I do 2 x classes a week with Amanda and they are great. I’m normally the only man there but would encourage others to be brave and come along. Already feeling the benefits. Classes are at the right level, not too tough and not too easy. Always leave feeling energised but relaxed.

Amanda’s Pilates classes are amazing and great fun. She has a super teaching style, making time for everyone in the class and giving us options by tailoring the positions for the different levels of the participants. I have had chronic upper back and shoulder ache for years, largely as a result of sitting at a pc for 9 hours a day I guess.
But since starting the yoga classes with Amanda, it has been so much better and I know I’m getting stronger.
