Elaine is a fab teacher. She has tremendous patience and can adapt poses to suit all abilities which is great if you’re a beginner or have some issues with creaks or groans (like me). That said, she can also challenge you to stretch both your mind and your body.
Classes are friendly and supportive.
Highly recommended.

Elaine is such an enthusiastic teacher who encourages her classes without pushing us further than we are comfortable with. Her motto is “listen to your body” which is why she has a great following. The workshops are not to be missed!
