My classes are suitable for all experience levels. In them, I combine flowing movement, static postures and breathing techniques that help release toxins, stay present. feel energised, empowered and free.
My aim is to help students to get to know themselves from the inside out so that their mind, body and soul are in harmony.
My practice teaching is rooted in Ashtanga Vinyasa but has been influenced by many styles of Yoga including Sivananda, Iyengar, and Yin Yoga. I have been inspired by many great instructors and had the pleasure to do workshops with Patrick Beach and Meghan Currie =)
