About Yoga with Natalie

Yoga means union, yoke or unite and can translate as a union of the physical, mental, physiological and emotional bodies.
People take up yoga for lots of different reasons whether it be to combat stress, health issues or just general well being. Yoga is a way of life it helps connect mind, body and spirit and through yoga one can explore all facets of this tradition.
Natalie has been practicing Hatha Yoga for 17 years “qualifying as a yoga teacher helped me to realise my dream of teaching something I really enjoyed doing whilst combining a keen interest in fitness, health and well being.”
The Hatha method of Yoga is initially learnt through the in-depth study of asanas (posture) and pranayama (breath control). Yoga classes will be of mixed ability where students are guided to learn and work in poses safely. The key aim is to offer all students a meaningful and enjoyable lesson.

Natalie is an excellent yoga teacher. We met many years ago while practising Iyengar yoga and Natalie then went on and qualified as a teacher. I now join Natalie’s classes at least 1-2 a week and we have worked through lots of physical and emotional issues over the last few years. Thoroughly recommended

Natalie, thank you ever so much for your positive spirit & flexibility, amazing Yoga classes & relaxing time surrounded by your angel voice.. I had been “doing” Yoga with you at the Meon Valley for last 18 months & it is undoubtedly one of the highlight of my time, Yoga not only helped me to relax & sleep better but it cured my back, shoulder & knees aches ( I am OFF all kind of pain killers ) can’t believe it my self but its real, I am more flexible, energetic, breathing better.. Six years ago I was looking for a yoga class which would build suppleness and strength but would also be challenging, so I could improve my technique and ability. Natalie’s classes fit the bill perfectly and I’ve been going ever since. When I do yoga with Natalie, not only do I find myself mentally taking ‘time out’ from my life but I come out of the class feeling taller, stronger and refreshed. Natalie is an encouraging and inspiring teacher

I have been doing yoga on and off for 20 years and I love it. Natalie’s class is a perfect mix of relaxation, challenge and fun and offers a total switch off from everyday life. The classes are well structured and offer learning and support in a non competitive atmosphere. A total tonic-go on treat yourself!
