Amanda’s Pilates classes are amazing and great fun. She has a super teaching style, making time for everyone in the class and giving us options by tailoring the positions for the different levels of the participants. I really feel the benefit week on week and I’m planning to join the Monday yoga class – looking forward to a new challenge in a safe and friendly class. LP

Amanda is a wonderful instructor. She tailors her class to each individual so that there is always an option to take the positions a bit further for more advanced participants, or ways to make it a bit easier if just starting out. The classes are very friendly and incredible value for money. I will most definitely continue at the Pilate’s class next term. I wholeheartedly recommend Amanda Frost to anyone looking for a local Pilate’s class- beginner or intermediate.

Amanda’s classes are fantastic, I really enjoy them, pushing myself to my own limitations and feel I improve after every class. Not only do I benefit from the exercise but also for de-stressing and overall wellbeing. Amanda is very knowledgable and always gives helpful advice with poses. My first time at Amanda’s class and Yoga. Very organised, very friendly and I was put at ease immediately. She helped me at several stages to make sure I was getting in the correct positions and to get the best out of the class. I am really looking forward to Monday night and my next class!

I do 2 x classes a week with Amanda and they are great. I’m normally the only man there but would encourage others to be brave and come along. Already feeling the benefits. Classes are at the right level, not too tough and not too easy. Always leave feeling energised but relaxed.

I have had chronic upper back and shoulder ache for years, largely as a result of sitting at a pc for 9 hours a day I guess.
But since starting the yoga classes with Amanda, it has been so much better and I know I’m getting stronger.

Weds yoga as great, a lovely cheerful small class. Amanda is quick to help correct positioning to avoid any injury and to ensure we get the most out of yoga. There is never any pressure to keep up with the class, I like the way we can all work to own ability. It goes hand in hand with my running and helps stretch out all the tension. The relaxation is great for clearing your mind and completely switching off. I leave the class totally relaxed and refreshed. S.S.
