Fully insured and registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals. Training has included studying Yoga Philosophy, Ethics and Lifestyle, Stress and Relaxation Management, Mindfulness, Yoga Anatomy, Breath Control, Chanting and more. Jo's classes have been influenced by a wide variety of yoga styles including Classical Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Iyengar, Kriya Yoga, Kundalini and Viniyoga.
