Monday's 1.30 - 2.30pm with Marianne
This is a general class, which includes all aspects of Yoga. The emphasis is on a mindful and nurturing practice. We work on the physical postures (asanas) to develop strength and correct alignment (this is the fitness input), but with a strong focus on breathing techniques (pranayama) to help to induce clarity of thought, tranquillity and concentration. Marianne will also include meditation and relaxation to turn attention inward and help to calm the mind and reduce stress. Asanas strengthen and tone the body and, most importantly improve the flow of energy (using the breath), helping to regulate the physical systems (nervous system, digestive, endocrine systems etc.).

Saturday 8am - 12.30pm
They offer a range go yoga classes from their onsite studio. The small, supportive classes provide a comfortable place for yoga practice.
