Janice is a qualified yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance Professionals. She is passionate about bringing yoga to all, regardless of flexibility, age or level of fitness. Students new to yoga begin with gentle movement and progress to explore a variety of yoga poses, breathing practices, relaxation and meditation techniques over the weeks. Classes can be adapted to suit the students’ needs with the support of a chair or a wall for stability. Improve your balance, build strength, increase flexibility and soothe anxiety.
