Welcome to Living Yoga with Stella!
Stella teaches Dru Yoga, a flowing, therapeutic, slower-paced style of yoga.
Stella's classes & workshops are suitable for you if you're experiencing emotional stresses and strains or bodily aches and pains, and are always open to beginners.
You'll release tension in your body which enables you to let go of thoughts and emotions which aren't helping you. You'll strengthen your core and your back, helping you to connect to your inner strength.
We also use visualizations and affirmations to strengthen your willpower and help you to be the person you want to be.
With weekly yoga classes in Southampton, Swaythling and Bishopstoke, fortnightly Friday evening relaxation classes in Eastleigh and monthly Saturday morning workshops in Eastleigh exploring yoga, mindfulness, relaxation and meditation more deeply, come along to slow down, relax and to feel at ease in your body and mind.
