Candice is a 200 hours registered yoga teacher and completed her training in September 2014, recognised by Yoga Alliance US. She aims to provide an adaptable, varied and modern practice to suit those new to yoga through to the more experienced yogi.
Classes are playful yet challenging and always concluding with a calming meditation or visualisation.
Candice started taking yoga classes as cross training to help with trail running, but over time found that it had weaved through into other aspects of her life. She started teaching yoga to help others benefit from the physical and mental well-being yoga brings to our daily lives.
