Classes are friendly & fun. Beginners can join any class because there are several adaptions offered for each pose so you won't feel like there is anything that you can't do (I promise!) We focus on the body's energy, mindfulness and alignment of the mind + body on the mat and in your daily life.
Other details! Please arrive before the class begins so you have time to settle in to your spot. Please bring a mat if you have one though I do have several available. If it's your first class, please wear something comfortable. Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a registration form.
