Claudia fell in love with the practice of yoga during an anxious period in her life. After trying different activities, hatha and restorative yoga helped her to manage her anxious feelings. This led Claudia to train as a Hatha Yoga Teacher (RYT200) in 2020 in the village Greywell, Hook. Yogi’s Home was born in the hope to inspire beginners to practice yoga.
