Taking time out for a yoga class means taking time out for yourself. It is an opportunity for you to relax, unwind (and have a good stretch!) in a safe, nurturing environment.
Yoga has far too many benefits to list here. You will find it helps you improve your flexibility and strength, and you will feel the tension lift from your body as your mind relaxes.
I find that yoga helps me stay positive and mindful, whilst keeping my body supple and strong. The combination of movement with a focus on breathing enables me to find balance and re-energise.
I welcome you to join me in a safe and inclusive practice of Hatha yoga. My classes include a focus on breathing, asanas (postures) and relaxation. Music and essential oils help you to relax further. Yoga is all about going at your own pace, peacefully, with no ego and no competition.
Each week, we focus on opening and aligning different elements of your body, whilst building strength throughout. Classes are open to all levels and beginners are very welcome. Come away feeling centred, balanced and ready to take on the world!
