About Ananda Dance and Yoga
I offer Hatha Yoga classes to all abilities in Lymington and the surrounding areas.
Hatha Yoga is the most traditional form of yoga, holding postures to increase strength and flexibility. Whatever brings you to yoga, be it physical needs, mental awareness or the need to take time for yourself, I am here to help.
Classes in Lymington are held at The Natural Health Hub: Mondays 9-10am & 5.45-6.45pm and Wednesdays 5.45-6.45pm & 7-8pm.
Pennington class is Fridays 10-11am at St Marks Church Centre.
Everton class is Saturday morning 8:30-9:30am (optional extra 15 min meditation at the end) at Everton Sports Pavilion.

Location Information
For access to The Natural Health Hub: between Halifax and Dogs Trust (opposite the United Reform Church) on the High Street there is a small gap. Go down there and turn right down the passageway called The Old Printworks. Walk to the end, turn left and 87b is on your right in the courtyard.
I am thoroughly enjoying my yoga practice with Hannah twice a week. My core strength is increasing and I am loving my personal challenge to perfect the yoga positions to the best of my ability. It’s a positive gain for my mind, body and spirit.
Hannah is a fabulous teacher- her classes have literally changed my life for the better. Highly recommend her lovely style of teaching.
