Lym yoga-Clare Collins are Yoga Classes and Workshops taught by Clare Collins.  When I started yoga I did it for fitness, flexibility and strength but I soon realised yoga is about so much more. I have been amazed at the healing and coping ability yoga can provide to ease the path through difficult periods in your life.
This led me to want to teach so I undertook a 200 hour Yoga Alliance Course. I am currently teaching Hatha-flow and Vinyasa Yoga at The Natural Health Hub, Lymington.

Today was my first yoga class with Clare , I have been practicing for many years. Clare class was a thearapitiic engersing class , her personal touches that she incorporated left you feeling as if you’d taken into a new dimension,. Clare’s passion for yoga shows through her yoga and I feel her practice will always be individual, Thank you Clare

Clare has an aura of calm throughout her class. Instructions and guidance are clear with alternative/rest postures given. Thoroughly enjoyed the combination of Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow and it was lovely to experience the ‘hands on’ assists during the relaxation at the end of the class. Will be repeating the experience! Thank you 🙏

Energising Vinyasa Flow class today with Clare at The Natural Health Hub working towards the Headstand. Dynamic class with excellent build up and warm up to this amazing posture. Unusual to practice this posture in a class and very much appreciate being given the time to achieve it. Thank you. 🙏
