Yoga in Bransgore – Clare Collins

Yoga classes for all ages across the New Forest – teaching Yoga in Bransgore, Lymington and throughout the New Forest. When I started yoga I did it for fitness, flexibility and strength but I soon realised yoga is about so much more. I have been amazed at the healing and coping ability yoga can provide to ease the path through difficult periods in your life.
Following undertaking a 200 hour Yoga Alliance Course and TeenYoga qualification, I am running a number of evening, weekday and weekend workshops alongside one to one tuition, including Hatha-flow and Vinyasa Yoga.
