Nathalie (owner of Value Your Mind) is an advanced 500hr yoga instructor with over 10 years of experience in mental wellbeing and yoga. She has completed training in many styles including vinyasa flow, yin yoga, meditation and therapeutic yoga. She designs her classes to meet individual need and has experience working with complete beginners to yogi's with more experience.
She specialises in working one on one with clients, using yoga to:
- Reduce stress & anxiety
- Find more ease within the body & mind
- Improve relaxation
- Increase confidence following injury
- Reduce muscular and joint pain
