Welcoming, informative and fun classes. Not competitive. We aim to do no harm to ourselves or others.

Offering public classes, corporate, bespoke groups, one to one, pregnancy and children yoga.

Cost of class £8.00 if you pay as you go or £7.00 if you pay upfront for the month.

I am also a Massage Therapist, Bach Flower Remedies Practitioner, Reiki Master and have been following a spiritual path for most of my life.
