Jo is a Heart of Living Yoga teacher in Lymington, New Forest. Weekly classes in Brockenhurst Thursday evenings 6-7.30. She also offers 1:1 teaching from her home and also in the comfort of your own home in the local surrounding areas including Lyndhurst, Brockenhurst and Sway.  Jo has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and her passion continues to deepenen and grow with emphasis on connection and surrendering into the moment.  Jo teaches a Yoga Flow incorporating postures, breath work, sound, mudras and meditation.  Jo brings knowledge and skills from a background in Physiotherapy to her yoga teaching and weaves in other skills to provide what is needed for the individual in the moment.
