Catherine’s Mother and Baby Yoga Classes – Surrey and Hampshire

These classes are designed to help you ease back into exercise after pregnancy and birth with yoga inspired poses and moves. Baby is an active participant too, involved in your activities but also benefiting from some dedicated baby time where they are encouraged to discover more of their own physical abilities, maybe through engaging their senses or stimulating their reflexes and encouraging new movements. (Some babies have been known to sleep more soundly after these active sessions!)

You can take part in these sessions after you've seen your doctor for your postnatal check, usually at 6-8 weeks. Babies can enjoy these sessions right up to the time they become mobile.
Classes run each half-term, book in advance. A set of 6 classes costs just £48.

Classes run in Ash (Aldershot, Farnham, Farnborough area) on Tuesday mornings, and central Guildford on Wednesday mornings.
