About Chandni Yoga

More than fitness, Yoga is about mindful movement, nourishing the breath and cultivating a sense of well-being.

Combining the science of movement with traditional yoga to move, breathe and feel better.

Chandni Narvekar is a Yoga Alliance certified teacher (E-RYT 200, RYT 500) who brings her diverse experience of practising yoga in India, the US and the UK. You can find Chandni teaching group classes, workshops and private lessons in Hampshire, West Sussex and Surrey, UK.

Chandni’s style of teaching focuses on breath, body awareness and being present. Her approach is to combine the latest research in movement science with the wisdom of traditional yoga. Each person’s practice and experience may be different from their neighbour’s in class. Keeping that in mind, she offers modifications for postures and tailors the classes depending on the group. Chandni’s responsive way of teaching balances the importance of good technique with individual proficiency. Her hope is to help students practise yoga on and off the mat.

Amazing teaching technique and very detail oriented classes. Loved it.

Very new to Yoga, and have had two lessons so far. The teaching was very personalised and appropriately pitched to even a newbie like me, and is taught in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere

So far so good, and hopefully I will improve my postures with time:)

Chandni is a really excellent teacher, She makes it fun and makes allowances for those of us in an older age group!
I have never enjoyed yoga as much as I do in Chandni’s class. Highly recommended 🙂

I started yoga recently with Chandni as a beginner, and I absolutely love it. I’ve attended yoga classes before with several different teachers and although I enjoyed it, I never really continued for long. With Chandni, I can already feel myself becoming more flexible and my back pains have significantly decreased. She is an excellent teacher and allows us to develop at our own pace whilst ensuring we transition between moves with accuracy. I absolutely love yoga now and I look forward to continuing the practice for years to come!
