Chandni Narvekar is a Yoga Alliance certified teacher (E-RYT 200, RYT 500) who brings her diverse experience of practising yoga in India, the US and the UK. You can find Chandni teaching group classes, workshops and private lessons in Hampshire, West Sussex and Surrey, UK.
Chandni’s style of teaching focuses on breath, body awareness and being present. Her approach is to combine the latest research in movement science with the wisdom of traditional yoga. Each person’s practice and experience may be different from their neighbour’s in class. Keeping that in mind, she offers modifications for postures and tailors the classes depending on the group. Chandni’s responsive way of teaching balances the importance of good technique with individual proficiency. Her hope is to help students practise yoga on and off the mat.
