Yoga for Pregnancy
YogaBellies offer beautiful classes for women during the prenatal period. We use proven holistic therapies, practices and yoga techniques to guide you through the amazing journey that is pregnancy and birth.
Our prenatal sessions incorporate traditional yoga postures; self-hypnosis and deep relaxation and soothing comfort techniques for birthing. These classes are open to all women and 86% of our students have never set foot in a yoga class before.
Yoga for Women
YogaBellies classes are for all women, working around the key life stages, our hormonal variations, natural flexibility and the specific needs of women. We use a unique combination of yoga and aromatherapy to soothe the soul and strengthen body and mind.
When you come to class you will be provided with everything you need on your journey. Including a gorgeous, shiny and clean yoga mat and any props you need to use in class. As well as a bespoke pack to accompany your journey which you can take home, comprising of your Yogabellies tote bag and exclusive JustBe artisan aromatherapy oils to enhance your YogaBellies practice.
