ASANAS postures designed to help you stay strong yet supple throughout your pregnancy, soften and open ready for the birth of your baby, and tackle common (and not so common) pregnancy symptoms such as SPD, back ache and sciatica;
PRANAYAMA work with your breath to nurture and nourish yourself & baby, for calm and control when your mothering journey overwhelms you and to refresh you when you need a boost;
MEDITATION for calm, to get to know yourself, to prepare for change;
DEEP RELAXATION to create a sense of protection, well being and tranquility.

Whether you are anxious or depressed, living with a chronic condition or chronic pain, or simply want to improve your general health & wellbeing, Yoga Therapy offers a holistic approach to creating optimal health in your body, mind and spirit. Small groups are offered to target particular conditions and health issues, 1:1 is recommended where you wish to experience an individual programmed of yoga for targeted healing.
