Yoga & Gong baths at a peaceful, tranquil home studio in the heart of the new forest. Our classes combine an hour’s gentle, Hatha yoga (suitable for all levels & abilities), followed by a deep relaxation & gong bath. We combine gentle yoga, meditation, affirmations & intention setting with a deep sound healing experience. We aim to create a restful, healing space of inner reflection to restore balance and harmony in the mind, body and spirit. We offer a non-judgemental/non-competitive space for you to be with how you are feeling in the moment and absorb what you need from the session.
We teach 4 group classes a week at our home studio:
Monday- 10:30-12pm Energising Flow Yoga & Gongs
Wednesday- 10:30-12pm Slow Flow Yoga & Gongs
Thursday- 10:30-12pm Restorative Yoga & Gongs
Sunday- 6:30-8pm Gentle Hatha Yoga & Gongs
