Jeanne is a certified Hatha & Yoga Therapy, Yin Yoga and Pre/Post natal yoga instructor, registered through Yoga Alliance. Samsara is offering Hatha, Yin, Prenatal and Postantal toga classes around Romsey.

At Samsara you can improve your body awareness, alignment and breathing practice through Hatha yoga.

As a mother-to-be, Prenatal yoga will help you ease the daily discomfort of pregnancy and prepare you to give birth to your baby.

Once a new mother, you will need to support your body's recovery with a gentle practice at first and an increasingly stronger practice as your body heals. Postnatal yoga will guide you through this postpartum period.

I was a beginner when I first joined Jeanne’s prenatal yoga class in Hong Kong. What I enjoyed most about Jeanne’s teaching style is there is no pressure to be perfect from the get go. She was patient, thorough and made time for every student in each lesson. More importantly, she built a sense of strong camaraderie with humour amongst the group of mothers to be which made it very enjoyable to go each week. Thanks to Jeanne I am no longer afraid of yoga.

Jeanne is a great yoga instructor. She is patient and kind and she adapts to her students’ needs. I was in her prenatal group and I must admit it was a great experience for me and definitely contributed to my smooth pregnancy! I highly recommend Jeanne for all the mamas and mamas to be out there !

I’ve discovered Yoga with pre natal classes with Jeanne: fantastic for everything; the back, neck, … and brain! It was very relaxing too. Highly recommended !

Jeanne is a passionate teacher with true experience. Her prenatal classes are great to help you to be ready for the big day and, despite the work out, we had a great time learning and sharing around motherhood…

Jeanne has a way to make you feel at ease and comfortable with any pose whatever your yoga level is. She will check and correct you individually to make sure you work the right muscles and you don’t hurt yourself. My weekly yoga class with her was the best practice for both my mind and body!

Amazing prenatal yoga classes! Strongly recommend to all the mums-to-be who are looking for some peace of body, mind, soul…! I joined Jeanne’s classessince the beginning of my pregnancy and loved all of them, especially as a first time mum. Beyond yoga, Jeanne is very caring and always keen to share her experience as a mother of 4 or as an experienced Doula!
