About Gemma Sprack Yoga
Gemma teaches classes that are designed to help you leave behind the grind of daily life, and reconnect with your body and breath.
The classes are based on traditional hatha yoga methods and vinyasa flow. They incorporate gentle, dynamic, flowing sequences to stretch and work the body, slow the breath and get re-acquainted with yourself. In a typical yoga class you can expect to work your body, relax your mind and leave feeling relaxed and revitalized!
Gemma received her hatha yoga training with FRYOG and has been teaching classes in the Hampshire area since January 2016.

Monday 12.30 - 1.15pm (45min lunchtime flow)*
Tuesday 6.15 - 7.15pm
Wednesday 6 - 7pm (pregnancy yoga courses - booking required)*
Thursday 12.30 - 1.15pm (45min lunchtime flow)*
Thursday 6 - 7pm (beginners yoga course - booking required)
Thursday 7.15 - 8.15pm
Friday 6 - 7pm (restorative yoga - 1 per month - booking required)
*Classes start from Monday 4th June
