My Hatha Yoga Classes in Southampton & Eastleigh, Fair Oak Hampshire are for all abilities.

Yoga helps us to develop flexibility and strength in our bodies & happiness and peace in our minds.

I am passionate about the wonderful practice that is Yoga and have experienced and seen in others the amazing changes that a regular yoga practice can have on your emotional and physical wellbeing.

Classes, Monday at 1715 and Thursday at 1715 in Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, Hampshire & 1930 Hours in Fair Oak Village Hall, Fair Oak.
