Fun , empowering and motivating, this class is designed to encourage you to take time to practice Yoga. It will teach you how to tailor your yoga practice to suit your own lifestyle .I believe it is essential to have some basic knowledge about Yoga before practising it. A Basic Yoga Session includes opening poses, standing poses, salutations, shoulder and hip exercises, back and forward bends, inversions, twists, and finishing poses. You will learn about the five fundamental Principles of Yoga: proper breathing , physical exercise,relaxation and introduction to meditation. I feel passionate about yoga and consider Yoga as a practical guide to a person's personal development for achieving harmony of the mind, body, and the spirit.
