Yoga Therapy uses the tools of yoga that are relevant and of interest to you - such as physical poses and movements, breathing, mindfulness or meditation - to address illness and specific areas of the Bodymind that are out of balance, in stress or trauma. 1-2-1 sessions mean your personal needs can be carefully and appropriately met helping you learn how to find better health, wellbeing, fitness, or self awareness that can positively affect many areas of your self and your life. This whole body and mind approach is incredibly adaptable to all ages and abilities. It is effective in a broad range of cases from backache to the bed ridden. Sessions take place in the studio or in your own home.
