I am a BWY-certified pregnancy, children (0-18) and adult yoga teacher with over 7 years' teaching experience. All my classes work with the ancient chakra healing system to restore balance and vitality, as well as build muscle tone and flexibility within your body's parameters.
My pregnancy classes help to prepare you for birth and beyond with breathing/relaxation techniques as well as gentle stretches which help to alleviate any pregnancy ailments including backache and pelvic joint pain.
My baby yoga classes include gentle yoga poses, baby massage and nursery rhymes to help develop neurology and alleviate colic/trapped wind in baby and ease tension for you.
My Well woman and Hatha flow classes promote mental and physical balance by working on the neuroendocrine system. Each class focuses on a different core area of the body, teaching poses and technique to help you progress towards your goal safely.
Tuesday: 7:30-8:45 pm (hatha flow)
Wednesday: 10-11am (baby yoga), 6:30-7:45 pm (pregnancy), 8-9:15 pm(well woman)
Thursday: 6:30-7:30 pm (hatha flow)
Friday: 10:15-11:15 am (baby yoga)
Tuesday Hatha flow and Wednesday evening Well Woman and pregnancy yoga classes are in studio 5, Taunton's college, Hill Lane, Southampton, SO15 5RL. Entrance via the football fields at the back of the college.
Wednesday baby yoga takes place at St Matthews Church Hall, Netley Marsh, Southampton, SO40 7GY
