Yoga for pregnancy is perfect ante natal exercise. You will stretch and strengthen your body, use breathing techniques to support pregnancy, labour, birth and beyond. Learn to relax and hopefully soothe and pregnancy related complaints. The classes are kept small and it is suitable for you if you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner. My class is friendly and welcoming. Full instruction is given.
You may begin at 14 weeks and continue until your due date (or overdue for some) or just a few weeks whatever suits.
I am a qualified yoga teacher and I have over ten years experience teaching pregnancy yoga. I enjoy this type of work offering support in a friendly and relaxed environment. I incorporate the active birth teaching into the yoga class so that you are fully prepared when it comes to you're labour and birth.
