I teach vinyasa flow yoga and use asanas (postures) with a strong focus on alignment and strengthening the body. The breath is what binds the physical and mental benefits of yoga together and so it is on this that our practice is grounded. There is always room for fun and laughter in my classes. I believe yoga should speak to your heart and what does that better than a smile?
