Studio Yoga offers daytime, evening and weekend yoga and Pilates classes for all abilities from beginners to advanced students. Hatha, Iyengar and Yoga Flow classes to suit all tastes.

We are a small, friendly studio located in a peaceful rural spot midway between Stockbridge and Houghton, with easy parking.
Private yoga and Pilates tuition for individuals or small groups by arrangement.
