Pregnancy yoga Saturday mornings 9.00 – 10.20am:
My pregnancy yoga classes focus on movement with the breath and work on building strength and stamina. There will be plenty of relaxation plus working with the breath and sound to help get you in the ‘zone’. It should be fun, nurturing and empowering. Great to meet other mums too.
Hatha flow, mixed levels Saturday mornings 10.30 – 11.30am:
This mixed level class is for beginners to intermediate. The class is a flowing sequence of postures with particular attention to alignment, all to a great soundtrack which I compile to help get you focussed.
