Kevin sees yoga as a means to develop greater self-acceptance and compassion. The yoga classes focus on movements that first warm and loosen the body, in order to prepare for the practice of dynamic yoga postures, flowing sequences, longer held restorative postures to relax, re-energise and renew vitality, deep relaxation and a short period of mindfulness meditation. Emphasis is given to breath and awareness. They are mixed ability groups, suitable for men and women of all ages and experience, including beginners. Classes are small and friendly. Kevin is a fully qualified and insured teacher.
