At Tamarisk Yoga, I offer private yoga classes and small open classes. I am a 500hr qualified yoga teacher, with a background in Hatha, Sivananda and Bikram yoga traditions. I also teach slower, less physical yoga such as Subtle Yoga and MediYoga which can lower stress and combat fatigue. I draw from various yoga styles to design a yoga class that can help you meet your goals, that suits your age and fitness and, most importantly, that you will enjoy.
Private classes are ideal for beginners exploring yoga, seniors who'd like a gentler approach, or those who just want their yoga class to be their yoga class - at their pace and in their space.
