Hi, Im Sarah and welcome to Yoga2Restore. I trained as a yoga teacher so that I could share the magic of yoga with people of all shapes, sizes and flexibility levels. Beginners and yogis of all levels are welcome in my classes. I believe that yoga should include everyone.
My style of yoga is slow, powerful and meditative, focusing on the breath and connecting to the body. I especially enjoy teaching Yin yoga - if you haven’t tried it, come and give it a go. You can expect to leave my classes feeling relaxed, refreshed and gently stretched.
