Matt Barker is an experienced Soft Tissue Therapist who has trained as a Yoga Instructor as a way to educate people on ‘balance’ in the muscoskeletal system in a fun and healthy way. He has practiced Yoga for over 4 years and loves sharing his passion for physically challenging yet highly relaxing Yoga.

Matt developed YogaMatt and runs beginner courses in Yoga in Alresford and drop-in sessions in Chandlers Ford and soon in Winchester.
