Friendly, mixed integral Yoga class in Bodenham Parish Hall. Thursdays 5.30-7.00 pm

All ages, abilities and disabilities are welcome. Experienced teacher of many years! Bring a mat/blanket.

Classes include mindful meditation, flowing movements, breathing and relaxation techniques and simple Yoga philosophy.
