Yoga4Health - Yoga in Healthcare Alliance registered expert teacher. Yoga on Prescription 10week programme supports NHS patients to gain self-care by learning Yoga,  breathing techniques ,relaxation and mindfulness techniques. No prior experience is needed and the gentle yoga postures can be done on a chair or mat. Each of the 2 hour sessions include - Breathing practices, Simple yoga postures, Meditation, Relaxation, Group discussions. The Yoga4Heath evidence-based programme was commissioned by the NHS and created by the Yoga4Health Alliance. It fuses the wisdom of ancient practices with modern medical science. The programme's benefits have been validated by Westminster University. Yoga4Health classes are inclusive and secular and do not promote any religious position.

suffering from social isolation.
