Zuzana teaches Hatha yoga classes across Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
She offers her inclusive and friendly classes to students of all ages and abilities.
You can expect to leave her class feeling relaxed, calm and re-energized while gradually improving your physical strength,balance and flexibility.

Through her yoga classes, Zuzana aims to help her students find their inner peace and at the same time encouraging
them to take their awareness inwards - connecting to their emotions, mind and body..
