At KIN our goal is to help people achieve body and mind happiness by providing an integrated fitness and yoga programme, ranging from curated classes to one-on one-training.
As twin sisters we are very much the yin to each other’s yang and believe in a balanced approached to training, accessible to everybody.
We have both worked in busy PR and events roles whilst training to be qualified practitioners, so we understand the stress of a commute and long working hours where prioritising health can be hard. That’s why our approach is to combine high and low intensity fitness training with a yoga flow & meditation for a rounded session, aimed at leaving people feeling stronger and happier.
