Andrea has been practicing yoga for 15 years, teaching Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow Yoga, and Specialising in Pregnancy, Post-natal and Baby Yoga and womens specific yoga. She has studied with internationally teachers Paul Dallaghan, Sean Corn, Uma Dinsmore-tuli to name a few. Andrea is also a qualified Thai Yoga Massage Therapist. Each class is dynamic, fun and empowering individuals to find inner strength and stillness. Pregnancy and post-natal classes are nurturing, stabilising and beautifully balancing for these special times in your life.
