Patty Dobson Yoga

Playful, steady Hatha flow yoga classes that incorporate a slow flow with static poses, to promote strength and flexibility of the body and mind, encourage moving with awareness, and cultivate mindfulness. Classes integrate healthy alignment and moving with the breath to promote physical, emotional, mental, and energetic balance and a greater sense of well-being.
