About Feet To Earth Yoga
Hi, I’m Helen and I’m a BWYQ 500 hour trained yoga teacher. Feet To Earth Yoga and Meditation is all about getting back to basics, building your practice from the ground up, in a friendly and supportive space. No tying yourself in knots and feeling intimidated here! All of my classes are designed to make you feel confident in your body, and supported in your practice. It doesn’t matter how flexible you are, what size you are or what you age is, all are warmly welcomed.
Don’t feel comfortable in a group class or recovery from an injury? I also teach 1:1 classes via Zoom or in person. Currently all of my classes are online, filmed at our beautiful cottage in the Hertfordshire countryside.
I also run several yoga and meditation courses throughout the year.
