About Kundalini Yoga with Julie Greenhalgh
Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness and transformation. Kundalini Yoga is different to other yoga in that it incorporates breathing practices (pranayam), yoga sets (kriyas), mudras (hand positions), mantras (sounds), deep relaxation and meditation to relax and restore your mind and body while improving strength, flexibility, endurance and creativity. Kundalini Yoga is for teenagers, young people and adults.

Tuesdays 9.30am-11am
Wednesdays 7pm-8.30pm
