A two-hour session, part yoga class, part discussion and networking. Sessions include discussion amongst the group on pregnancy, birth and parenting issues with an experienced NCT teacher. The practical session includes breath awareness, gentle yoga stretches to relieve pregnancy symptoms and prepare for birth; pelvic floor exercises and relaxation. The sessions end with refreshments and a chance to network with other expectant mothers.
You are not committed to a 'course', you can attend as many sessions as you wish from 12+ weeks to the time you give birth.
