As a founder teacher of YogaBellies I have now been sharing these wonderful classes with women for over 6 years.
I offer the following classes - more details for each can be found under the individual class listings:
YogaBellies for Pregnancy
Yoga and birth preparation classes suitable for women from 12 weeks to birth. These classes include pranayama (breathing exercises), yoga, deep relaxation and topical discussion for different stages of pregnancy - so much more than just a yoga class!
YogaBellies for Mum & Baby
A playful and loving class that involves yoga for mum and for baby. A great way to bond with baby, strengthen the body and meet other mums.
YogaBelles Luna Flow
Yoga meets spa at this women only yoga class. Using a combination of yoga, aromatherapy and sound we work with postures that honor the female form. Suitable for all women of any level (must be at least 6 months post-partum).
Mum & Toddler Yoga - Starting in September 2017
A fun class where the room becomes your yoga mat as we move around exploring postures with the little ones. This class offers a combination of Hatha yoga for mum and some of our Little Angels yoga the toddlers. Suitable from 8 months to 3 years.
All of the above are available as 1-2-1 or small group sessions. If you are new to yoga and want to build some confidence before attending a group class or perhaps just want a practice that is completely tailored to your needs - then this is for you. Classes take place in your home at a time that is convenient for you.
Sessions last for 75 mins. The cost per session is £50 or they may be purchased in blocks as follows:
