Ahimsa Yoga

Rachel teaches small friendly classes in Letchworth. Classes are suitable for all levels of ability and beginners are welcome.
Rachel’s own experience of yoga includes many styles and approaches. She likes to bring this variety to her teaching.
Sessions always include stretching through both static postures (asana) and sequences, breathing practice (pranayama), and relaxation.
