Here is a testimonial from a new qualified YA200 Yoga Teacher
"I am lucky enough to have practiced yoga with Helena for a few years now. She is someone who was able to connect me with the magic of yoga and open my eyes to just how life-changing it can be. She is a truly gifted teacher and inspiring just to be around, so when the opportunity arose to train to be a teacher with her I could not pass it up.
The course itself is fascinating, brilliantly well-structured, and very “hands-on†with lots of practical work right from the start. Helena’s advice and guidance is invaluable. She created a space in which our group of trainees bonded quickly and became very close; we always felt supported and encouraged in our training, both by Helena and each other.
Not everyone on the course was necessarily sure that they wanted to go on and be a teacher of yoga to others, but the real gift of this is that it deepens your own yoga and further awakens your awareness – not just of the asana, the physical practice, but of all facets of yoga in daily life. Clearly that’s a great benefit to the self, but also those around you still ultimately benefit from that even if you’re not actively teaching them a class.
I am quite sad that the course has now ended as I will miss my monthly get-togethers with my yoga family, but I am excited and grateful to have received the knowledge and skills that were passed on to us through this course. My advice to anyone thinking about signing up would be to stop thinking so much – go with your heart and just do it! "

I was lucky enough to choose this course. I was able to deepen my knowledge of yoga while making new friends and spending time with and learning from the best teachers. I recently qualified and I am in the process of setting up my own classes. I only wish I could go back and do it all again. A year well spent.
