Seasonal Workshops combine an in-depth yoga practice with a wholefood, vegan, macrobiotic cooking class and a delicious 2-course organic lunch. Based on the understanding that when we live in tune with nature we experience health and harmony.
Melanie is an experienced yoga teacher of over 20 years, a macrobiotic cook, healing guide & lifestyle coach, fully qualified & insured. Together with her partner she has raised 6 children.
